Returns & Exchanges

At Triona Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
